  • +I've just signed up and entered the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

    If you've just signed up and realised you've set up the wrong address, don't panic! Simply drop our team an email on hello@betty.me with your order number and we'll be happy to change this over for you. 

    If you change your address on your account once the order has been processed, the address will not be updated on your current order. It will only change for the following month's delivery at the earliest.

  • +I need to change my fem care product, how do I do this?

    If you wish to change your sanitary product, you can do so via the website by logging into your account here: https://www.betty.me/subscription/customer/account/login/


    If you follow the steps below, this will help you change your product choice:

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Select subscription.
    3. You will see your current product selection, select the 'change product' option just below it.
    4. Choose from Tampons, Pads or Mixed.
    5. Select the new sanitary product preference and click 'next step'.
    6. You should see your new product choice reflected on your subscription page.

  • +I need to change my delivery date, how do I do this?

    You can pick any date between 1st and 28th of the month. Please note that we take payment 7 days before your delivery date so whichever new date you select, we will try to take payment 7 days before that. If your payment fails, this could result in a late delivery of your box.


    If you follow the steps below, this will help you change your delivery date:

    1. Log into your account here: https://www.betty.me/subscription/customer/account/login/
    2. Select subscription.
    3. You will see an option for delivery date under 'edit your subscription'. Click this option.
    4. You will then be re-directed to a page with a white box, click the white box.
    5. A calendar will pop up, there will be some days blocked out that you cannot pick, these will be shown with a pink delivery truck on so please pick the next available delivery date or the date closest to your cycle.
    6. Once you have selected your new delivery date, click 'save selection'.
    7. You should see your new delivery date reflected on the 'subscription' page.

  • +Can I change my personal details?

    Yes! You can log-in and change your personal details at any time. However, if you do change your shipping address, we will need 10 days' notice otherwise your bettybox will end up at your old address.

  • +Where does bettybox ship to?

    At the moment, we only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland. But watch this space for new locations soon!

  • +My bettybox is late! What should I do?

    We always try and ensure your bettybox pops through your letterbox on your requested delivery date. However, if yours has not arrived, please email us at hello@betty.me and we'll look into this ASAP.

  • +What should I do if my bettybox or products are damaged?

    Don't worry, it’s something we can easily sort out! Just drop us a line at  hello@betty.me and we’ll send you a replacement ASAP.

  • +Is the bettybox discreet?

    Absolutely. We send all our bettyboxes out in logo-free envelopes, so you can have it delivered  without fear of someone knowing it's that time of the month! The box inside is really fun but you can open that up in your room!

  • +Will my bettybox fit through my letterbox?

    Yes. We have designed our packaging so it will fit through most letterboxes.

    If however your letterbox is one of few that it doesn't fit through, you can always ask Royal Mail to leave your bettybox in a safe place.

  • +How much do you charge for P&P?

    Nothing! The price you pay includes everything (we’re good like that!)

  • +When will my bettybox arrive?

    Your bettybox should arrive by your selected delivery date each month. We send an email when your bettybox is dispatched, so if you're not sure what date you’ve selected, you'll know when it's on the way anyway!

    If you haven't received it by your delivery date, give our team an email on hello@betty.me and they'll look into this for you.

    If you need to change your delivery date, please ensure this is done by the 1st of each month. Any changes made to your delivery date after the 1st of the month will be applied to the following months box.
