  • +What's the difference between pick & mix and bettybox?

    The main difference between pick & mix and bettybox is that pick & mix comes with femcare only, whereas bettybox includes a ‘For You’ box that contains lifestyle products and treats. Pick & mix contains bettypad products only whereas bettybox contains bettypads and other popular femcare options. Both boxes are aimed at young girls who have started their periods.

  • +What will I get in my pick & mix box?

    When it comes to periods, you get to call the shots. Whether you have a heavy flow, are on the lighter side or are a hygiene queen, you can choose a total of 25 day and night pads, liners and wipes in your box each month to suit you.

    Your pick & mix box can be altered each month to give you maximum flexibility - whether you’re going on holiday so want some more wipes to keep super fresh, or planning a sleepover so want a couple more night pads to keep leaks at bay. Just be sure to give us at least 8 days notice of the change so that you receive the products you want in time for your next period.

  • +Is there a minimum subscription period?

    No. The beauty of pick & mix is that you can cancel or suspend your account at any time.

  • +Do I have to order a pick & mix box every month?

    No, your monthly subscription to pick & mix is renewed automatically every month. Once you've setup your account, you just sit back and wait for your personalised period essentials to pop through the letterbox!

  • +How does it work?

    Our pick & mix boxes are dispatched on any date between the 1st and the 28th of each month. When you subscribe, all you need to do is select the date that’s closest to your period. We aim to deliver your pick & mix box to you on or just before your selected delivery date so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

    Once you’ve chosen the pads or wipes you want, you just need to select your delivery date and you're ready to go! Payment is taken straight away for your first pick & mix box and then seven days before your delivery date going forwards.

    If you want to change the delivery date, it would have to be done at least 8 days before the current delivery date. The calendar will give you options on the available delivery dates we can offer but for any queries, please email hello@betty.me.

  • +Can I switch to a bettybox?

    Sure thing! If you would like to swap your pick & mix box subscription for a bettybox subscription please email hello@betty.me or if you would prefer to talk to someone, give us a call for free on 0800 0232 545. Our Customer Service team is around Monday - Friday 9-5 and they are a truly lovely lot!

    We do need some notice to make a change though, so try and let us know 10 days before your pick & mix is due, otherwise, you might not get your new box choice until the following month.

  • +How do I cancel my subscription?

    Even though we really don’t want to see you go, it is really easy to cancel your subscription. All you have to do is log into your account and choose the cancel option. You can also email us at hello@betty.me and we’ll be happy to help.

    Please note: payment is taken seven days before your delivery date so to ensure your changes are saved for that month, you’ll need to cancel your subscription at least eight days before your delivery date.

  • +Is it possible to pause my subscription?

    Whether you're going on holiday or just want a break, it's really easy to put your account on hold. Just log into your betty.me account to pause your subscription. You can also pause your account by emailing us at hello@betty.me.

    Please note: payment is taken seven days before your delivery date so to ensure your changes are saved for that month, you’ll need to pause your subscription at least eight days before your delivery date.

  • +I've forgotten my account password - what should I do?

    It's no problem - we've all been there!

    You can reset your password by choosing the people icon in the top right-hand corner of the site and then click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will be emailed with a link to reset your password.

    If you prefer, you can email us at hello@betty.me and we’ll happily sort it out for you.

  • +I'm not receiving any of your emails - what should I do?

    Firstly, check what email address you signed up with. All emails get sent to the email address that is linked to your account. Secondly, check your spam/junk folders as sometimes the odd email does land there. If that hasn't solved your problem, drop us a line at hello@betty.me and we'll look into it.

  • +When will I be charged?

    Payment will be taken immediately for your first pick & mix, but from the second month onwards, you’ll always be charged seven days before your delivery date (so there are no nasty surprises).

    If you’re unable to make the payment seven days before your delivery date, we’ll try and take payment again over the next three days. If this is unsuccessful, you won’t receive your pick & mix box but we’ll try again next month.

    Please note: if we receive payment on the second or third attempt, your pick & mix box may arrive late.

  • +Why was my payment not accepted?

    We don’t take payment via Direct Debit or Standing Order, our payment is taken via a repeated card payment seven days before your delivery date. So, if you get a new card, you need to update your details on the website.

    Most payments fail because of an incorrect billing address or an expired card and if this is the case, you’d have to log into your account and update your card details.

  • +How do I update my card details?

    Simply log into your betty.me account and select subscriptions from the drop down menu. From here, select billing information and then the update/re-enter payment info option.

  • +I have a promo code - how do I use it?

    If you’re a new customer, you can redeem your discount code at the checkout. Just pop it into the field marked ‘Voucher code’. If valid, the discount will be applied.

    If you already have a subscription with us, just log-in to your account and add the code to the ‘redeem coupon’ section of your account. Click the ‘apply coupon’ button and as long as the promo code is valid, you'll be ready to go!

  • +How long does it take to process refunds?

    Occasionally we do offer refunds. If you’ve been offered one, it takes around 5-7 working days to clear into your account.

  • +I need to change my delivery date, how do I do this?

    You can pick any date between 1st and 28th of the month.

     Please note that we take payment 7 days before your delivery date so whichever new date you select, we will try to take payment 7 days before that. If your payment fails, this could result in a late delivery of your box.

    If you follow the steps below, this will help you change your delivery date:

    1. Log into your account here.
    2. Select subscription.
    3. You will see an option for delivery date under 'edit your subscription'. Click this option.
    4. You will then be redirected to a page with a white box, click the white box.
    5. A calendar will pop up, there will be some days blocked out that you cannot pick, these will be shown with a pink delivery truck on so please pick the next available delivery date or the date closest to your cycle.
    6. Once you have selected your new delivery date, click 'save selection'.
    7. You should see your new delivery date reflected on the 'subscription' page.

  • +Can I change my personal details?

    Yes! You can login and change your personal details at any time. However, if you do change your shipping address, we will need 10 days' notice otherwise your pick & mix box will end up at your old address.

  • +What should I do if my pick & mix box or products are damaged?

    Don't worry, it’s something we can easily sort out! Just drop us a line at hello@betty.me and we’ll send you a replacement ASAP.

    At the moment, we only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland. But watch this space for new locations soon!

  • +Is the pick & mix box discreet?

    Absolutely. We send all our pick & mix boxes out in logo-free envelopes, so you can have it delivered without fear of someone knowing it's that time of the month! The box inside is really fun but you can open that up in your room!

  • +What brands do you supply?

    Our pick & mix boxes only offer our bettypads products to choose from to personalise your period.

    Our pads are made specially for superstar girls like you. With a smaller fit and high absorbency, our pads are available in four sizes and are made from organic cotton and super-soft bamboo for the ultimate comfort. You’ll be helping the environment too as they’re 100% biodegradable!

  • +What can I expect in my pick & mix box?

    You will receive your selection of 25 day pads, night pads, liners or wipes. You call the shots and choose how many of each!

  • +Can I change my product selection?

    Course you can! Simply login into your account and edit your product choices under ‘My subscription’.

    If you follow the steps below, this will help you change your product choice:

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Select subscription.
    3. You will see your current product selection, select the 'change product' option just below it.
    4. Select the new sanitary product preference and click 'next step'.
    5. You should see your new product choice reflected on your subscription page.
