  • +I'm not receiving any of your emails - what should I do?

    Firstly, check what email address you signed up with. All emails get sent to the email address that is linked to your account.

    Secondly, check your spam/junk folders as sometimes the odd email does land there.

    If that hasn't solved your problem, drop us a line at hello@betty.me and we'll look into it.

  • +I've forgotten my account password - what should I do?

    It's no problem - we've all been there!

    You can reset your password by choosing the people icon in the top right-hand corner of the site and then click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will be emailed with a link to reset your password.

    If you prefer, you can email us at hello@betty.me and we’ll happily sort it out for you.

  • +Is it possible to pause my subscription?

    Whether you're going on holiday or just want a break, it's really easy to put your account on hold. Just log into your betty.me account to pause your subscription. You can also pause your account by emailing us at hello@betty.me.

    Please note: payment is taken seven days before your delivery date so to ensure your changes are saved for that month, you’ll need to pause your subscription at least eight days before your delivery date.

  • +How do I cancel my subscription?

    Even though we really don’t want to see you go, it is really easy to cancel your subscription. All you have to do is log into your account and choose the cancel option. You can also email us at hello@betty.me and we’ll be happy to help.

    Please note: payment is taken seven days before your delivery date so to ensure your changes are saved for that month, you’ll need to cancel your subscription at least eight days before your delivery date.

  • +Can I switch products or boxes?

    Sure thing! Simply log-in to your account and let us know which product you’d like to switch to.

    Alternatively email hello@betty.me or if you would prefer to talk to someone, give us a call for free on 0800 0232 545. Our Customer Service team is around Monday - Friday 9-5 and they are a truly lovely lot!

    We do need some notice to make a change though, so try and let us know 10 days before your bettybox is due, otherwise, you might not see the changes until the following bettybox.

    If you want to swap from Pink Parcel to bettybox (or the other way around) you’ll have to cancel your current subscription and start fresh. We’ll be more integrated soon, we promise!
