You can pick any date between 1st and 28th of the month. Please note that we take payment 7 days before your delivery date so whichever new date you select, we will try to take payment 7 days before that. If your payment fails, this could result in a late delivery of your box.
If you follow the steps below, this will help you change your delivery date:
- Log into your account here: https://www.betty.me/subscription/customer/account/login/
- Select subscription.
- You will see an option for delivery date under 'edit your subscription'. Click this option.
- You will then be re-directed to a page with a white box, click the white box.
- A calendar will pop up, there will be some days blocked out that you cannot pick, these will be shown with a pink delivery truck on so please pick the next available delivery date or the date closest to your cycle.
- Once you have selected your new delivery date, click 'save selection'.
- You should see your new delivery date reflected on the 'subscription' page.
