Your bettybox should arrive by your selected delivery date each month. We send an email when your bettybox is dispatched, so if you're not sure what date you’ve selected, you'll know when it's on the way anyway!
If you haven't received it by your delivery date, give our team an email on hello@betty.me and they'll look into this for you.
If you need to change your delivery date, please ensure this is done by the 1st of each month. Any changes made to your delivery date after the 1st of the month will be applied to the following months box.
